浅议小米供应链中隐患与防范
摘要:进入网络科技时代,随着信息技术的高速发展,特别是网络
技术的高速发展,为各种供应链流程管理,整合供货商和顾客提供
了越来越强大的支持, 而小米作为以网络零售为主的销售模式,自
2010年创建以来,以迅“雷”不及掩耳之势,快速崛起。然而快速
崛起的背后亦隐藏了巨大的风险:2016年,小米手机销量大幅下滑,
公司发展也暴露出诸多问题。小米进入一年多的低谷期,直到2017
年小米接连发布了小米6、MIX2等产品,公司重新走上了正轨。信
息时代的“风口”虽在,但“风口上的猪”背后隐藏的供应链风险
仍在、供应链危机仍在。本文就小米科技供应链管理策略进行分析,
找出“零库存模式下”存在的供应链风险,并提出相应的建议。

Abstract:Entering the era of network technology, with the
rapid development of information technology, especially the
rapid development of network technology, it provides

“the pigs on the feng shui” are still in existence, and the
supply chain crisis is still there. This paper analyzes
Xiaomi's technology supply chain management strategy, finds
out the supply chain risks under the “zero inventory model”,
and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
