ANC Menu

Chapter 17. ANC Menu

The ANC menu performs functions related to ANC setting including the arrangement of

nozzles on the ANC(Auto Nozzle Changer), nozzle pickups, and attachment. When this

button is clicked on, the following dialog box is displayed.

w combo box

Select the nozzle to attach to the head.

w list box

Select the Nozzle Changer to set. (NozzleChanger1 – Front , NozzleChanger2 – Rear)

w group

Adjust the lighting when it is necessary to use the Down Camera.

w combo box

Select the Head to Pick or Put the Nozzle. Available devices are as follows.

Head1: Selects Head1.

Head2: Selects Head2.

Head3: Selects Head3.

Head4: Selects Head4.

Head5: Selects Head5.

Head6: Selects Head6.

Head7: Selects Head7.

Head8: Selects Head8.

Head9: Selects Head9.

Head10: Selects Head10.

Head11: Selects Head11.

Head12: Selects Head12.

Head 1 through Head 6 can use Nozzle Changer1 and Head 7 through Head 12 can

use Nozzle Changer 2.

w button

Moves the device selected in the combo box to the positions of fiducial

mark and each nozzle hole

w button

When this button is clicked on, moves the device selected in the combo

box to the next hole of the currently selected hole of the ANC.

w button

When this button is clicked on, the ANC shutter is turned on or off.

w check box

When this button is checked, manipulates the data for pick and put functions without

actual operation.

w button

When this button is clicked on, picks up the nozzle in the currently selected hole of

the ANC. Select the head to pick in the "Device".

w button

When this button is clicked on, puts the nozzle in the head selected in the "Device" to

ANC.

w button

When this button is clicked on, puts the nozzles in all the heads to the ANC.

w check box

Select it to use the function that each head picks/puts a nozzle simultaneously. Enter a

Tolerance value that allows simultaneous Nozzle change by each Head.

w button

Closes this dialog box with saving any changes.

w button

Closes this dialog box without saving any changes.

w Nozzle setting/ change

To set or change the Nozzle, click the mouse on a Hole position on the ANC diagram,

and select a Nozzle Type from the combo box.

w Using Popup Menu

To set or change the Nozzle, move the mouse cursor onto a Hole position on the ANC

diagram and right click, then available nozzle types appear in the Popup Menu. Select

the corresponding nozzle there.

w Multiple Selection

To change the nozzle types of many holes simultaneously, select the holes to set while

pressing the right or left button of the mouse. In the case of Popup menu, the holes

should be selected while the right button is clicked on.

Operating the shutter while a finger is inserted in the

ANC could result in severe injury. Do not insert a finger

into the ANC Hole.
