Menu

Used to manually save a minute value as the offset. It is added to or subtracted from

the current calibration value.

w group

§ option button

Select it to adjust the lighting for the Line Scan Camera.

§ option button

Select it to adjust the lighting for the Down Camera.

w group

§ Inner

Adjusts the inner lighting for the camera of the selected Gantry.

§ Middle

Adjusts the middle lighting for the camera of the selected Gantry. It is not used

for the Down Camera.

§ Outer

Adjusts the outer lighting for the camera of the selected Gantry.

16.4.10.1. Procedure

w Manual procedure

1. Move the Camera to a position where the head mark can be marked.

2. Mark the Head position by selecting Jog Z Mode and moving the Z axis.

3. Move the Camera again and find the center of the mark, then press the Enter

button on the Teaching Box.

4. Repeat above procedure for all the Heads.

w Automatic procedure

1. Put the tools in the calibration palette and put the double-faced adhesive tape on

the placement position.

2. Index the calibration palette as the work position.

3. Mount a nozzle that can pick up the calibration tool on the Head.

4. Press the Calibrate Button to start calibration.

5. Repeat above procedure for all the heads.

If this process is not calibrated properly, the head and the

conveyor might collide.

Caution

Do not execute calibration without an accurate Calibration

Tool.

16.5. TableTop Config. [F6]

Sets the configuration of Feeder Base, Auto Nozzle Changer, and standard Dump Box

Displays the configuration status of Feeder Base, Nozzle Changer, and Dump Box in

the current machine.

w button

Click on this button to delete a device selected in the list

box.

Displays all available devices that can be added to the TableTop

w list box

Displays the position on the Tabletop where the Device can be installed.

w button

Select a device from the list box, select the position to

install from the list box and click on the button. The selected item

appears in the list box.

w button

Saves the changes and ends the dialog box.

w button

Disregards the changes and ends the dialog box.

16.6. Tray [F8]

Used to install the MatrixTray Holder on the Feeder base.
