Wireless communicationsDESCRIPTIONThe CAT809 and CAT810 are µP supervisory circuitsthat monitor power supplies in digital systems. TheCAT809 and CAT810 are direct replacements for theMAX809 and MAX810 in applications operating over theindustrial temperature devices generate a reset signal, which is assertedwhile the power supply voltage is below a preset thresholdlevel and for at least 140 ms after the power supply levelhas risen above that level. The underlying floating gatetechnology, AE2(TM) used by Catalyst Semiconductor,makes it possible to offer any custom reset thresholdvalue.
